The sealing process uses a conveyor mechanism to move the bag forward, achieving the sealing effect. It supports continuous sealing as long as proper spacing is kept between each bag.
It uses Teflon (PTFE) sealing belts, and the sealing line can be selected as either embossed or flat. A date/batch coding device can also be added. It is suitable for sealing various plastic bags, laminated bags, and aluminum foil bags.

The automatic impulse sealer requires no preheating; it is ready to seal immediately upon startup.

The foot-operated side-sealing machine is a single-line impulse sealer with a side-positioned sealing mechanism.
It uses electronic timing control, and its impulse-heating design requires no preheating, but does require a brief pressing and cooling period.
Place the bag on the sealing area, step on the pedal, and wait 2–3 seconds after the indicator light on the controller turns off to complete the seal.
The single-line seal is suitable for PE plastic bags.
