Automatic Impulse Sealer – Product Description (English Version)
The automatic impulse sealer requires no preheating; it is ready to seal immediately upon startup.
The machine is equipped with an electromagnetic control system and an electronic timer, allowing the sealing, pressing, and cooling processes to be completed in one cycle. This design effectively prevents issues such as uneven sealing caused by manual operation.
The entire machine features a durable powder-coated finish and can also be customized with a stainless-steel body (SUS 304).
Multiple seal lengths are available to meet different packaging requirements.
Applicable Materials: PE, PP, OPP, PVC, POF, thin nylon, thin aluminum foil, and other heat-sealable materials.
Suitable Industries: Food processing, electronic components, chemical products, hardware parts, and more.

Horizontal band sealer
The tabletop horizontal continuous sealing machine has a compact size, making it suitable for use on a workstation or desk.
The sealing process uses a conveyor mechanism to move the bag forward, achieving the sealing effect. It supports continuous sealing as long as proper spacing is kept between each bag.

Place the bag on the sealing area, step on the pedal, and wait 2–3 seconds after the indicator light on the controller turns off to complete the seal.

During operation, the user holds the packaging bag with both hands and lightly steps on the foot switch. When the sealing indicator light turns off, heating stops. Continue pressing for 3–6 seconds for proper cooling, and the sealing process is completed.
