Vacuum-Type Sealing Machine – Product Description (English Version)
The vacuum-type sealing machine features a clean and simple exterior, constructed with a durable powder-coated finish (optional full stainless-steel construction available).
With its comprehensive functionality, the machine completes vacuuming (vacuum motor optional: vacuum pump or blower) and sealing in one smooth process. This minimizes contact between the product and air, significantly increasing storage and packing efficiency.
The machine body can be tilted 0–15 degrees forward, allowing operators to adjust according to their working habits. An optional printing unit ( ink-roller type or ribbon type ) enables printing of manufacturing dates and batch codes, allowing vacuuming, sealing, and printing to be completed in a single operation, eliminating the need for secondary processing.
This vacuum-type sealing machine is ideal for food products, hardware parts, electronic components, and more. Simply place the bag on the conveyor; the external stainless-steel suction nozzle removes the air, followed by heat sealing + printing, all completed in one step.

The foot-operated impulse sealer is a single-line impulse sealing machine equipped with electronic timing control. Its impulse heating method requires no preheating, but does require a brief pressing and cooling period.
Place the bag on the sealing area, step on the pedal, and wait 2–3 seconds after the indicator light on the controller turns off to complete the seal.
The single-line seal is suitable for PE plastic bags.

AIR-suction sealerr
The pneumatic impulse sealing machine is a single-line impulse sealer featuring electronic time control. Its heating method is instant-heating with no preheating required, and it requires a brief pressing and cooling time to complete the seal.
During operation, the user holds the packaging bag with both hands and lightly steps on the foot switch. When the sealing indicator light turns off, heating stops. Continue pressing for 3–6 seconds for proper cooling, and the sealing process is completed.
The single-line seal is suitable for PE plastic bags.

Direct-Heating Sealing Machine – Product Description
The pneumatic direct-heat sealing machine is equipped with Teflon-coated heating jaws on both the upper and lower sides, controlled by a PC board. It requires 7–10 minutes of preheating and must maintain the set temperature during operation.
The Teflon heating jaws are available in two patterns—cross-hatch and horizontal—both with a width of 10 mm.
To operate, hold the packaging bag with both hands and lightly step on the foot switch. When the sealing indicator light turns off, heating stops. Continue pressing for 3–6 seconds to allow proper cooling and the sealing is completed.
Suitable sealing materials include flat aluminum foil bags, nylon bags, and sterilization bags.
