The C-6601HB is specifically designed to integrate with fully automatic strapping machines, combining carton sealing and strapping operations into a compact, efficient packaging line.
Equipped with dual side belt conveyors and sensor switches, it enables automatic strapping without manual intervention.
The top tape head features a flexible design that automatically adjusts to uneven carton surfaces, ensuring quick alignment, smooth sealing, and high durability.
It can be integrated with other packaging equipment such as carton erectors, strapping machines, and stretch wrapping machines to form a fully automated packaging line.

Side driven carton sealer
The C-6601 is a side-drive case sealer that uses dual side belts to convey cartons into the machine, ensuring the adhesive tape is applied smoothly and evenly onto the carton surface. The carton width and height can be easily adjusted manually to accommodate different carton sizes. The tape overlap length at both the front and rear can be adjusted from 50 mm to 70 mm, with consistent tape lengths on both ends to minimize tape waste.
This model is suitable for mass production or batch production of cartons with the same size. It can be operated by a single person without additional labor, easily completing top and bottom tape sealing. The allowable carton dimensions are: unlimited length, width 110mm–500mm, and height 110mm–500mm.
At the front end, the machine can be equipped with a conveyor as a working platform, and at the rear end, it can be used with a non-powered conveyor.
It can also be combined with a printer (DJ450) or a scale at the carton infeed for flexible use.
Additionally, it can be integrated with other packaging machines such as case erectors, strapping machines, and wrapping machines to form a fully automated packaging line.
